Full-gut renovation of a 1920's rowhouse in the Logan section of the city, near LaSalle University.

Improvements included creating an open floor plan design, adding a new kitchen and bathroom while updating the electrical and plumbing systems.

After the project was complete, we were tasked again with the renovation of the deck off the kitchen pantry.
